What exactly do I get?
A personalized budget tracker spreadsheet, built from your answers to a few quick questions. It arrives already filled in with your income, bills, due dates and a plan for every dollar, plus a dashboard that updates as you log spending.

How do I get it after I buy?
Right after checkout you get an email with your access link, and the link is also on your order page. Open it, answer the questions (about 5 minutes) and download your tracker.

Do I need Excel?
No. Your tracker works in Microsoft Excel and in Google Sheets, which is free. To use Google Sheets, upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Sheets. Open it in one of these apps rather than a phone file preview, so the formulas run.

Is this a subscription?
No. Core ($14.99) and Complete ($19.99) are one-time payments. There are no monthly fees.

Is my financial information safe?
The builder runs entirely in your web browser. Nothing you type is uploaded or stored on our servers, and we never ask for bank logins.

What is the difference between Core and Complete?
Core includes your budget, bills calendar, paycheck planner, variable income planner, couples split and dashboard. Complete adds the debt payoff planner with your debt-free date, sinking funds and a 52-week savings challenge.

My income changes every week. Will this work?
Yes. Choose "Changes week to week" and your plan is built around your slower months, with a safe-to-spend amount for each week based only on money that has actually arrived.

Can my partner and I use it together?
Yes. Choose "Me + a partner" and your tracker splits shared costs 50/50 or by income and shows who owes who each month.

Can I change my answers later?
Yes. You can go back through the questions and download a new tracker, or edit any yellow cell in your tracker directly.

Do you offer refunds?
Because you get instant access to a digital product, all sales are final once your access link has been used. If anything is wrong, such as a file that will not open or a download that fails, message us through the contact form and we will make it right.
